2.OECD/CCCMC Due Diligence Guide
《OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas》is the first initiative on responsible supply chain management of minerals from conflict zones, supported by multinational governments and involved stakeholders. The aim is to help businesses respect human rights and avoid conflicts in mining procurement activities. The guidelines aim to establish transparent mineral supply chains and sustainable mechanisms for companies to participate in the mining industry, so that mining countries can benefit from their mineral resources and prevent mining and trade from triggering conflicts, human rights abuses and instability.
《Chinese Due Diligence Guidelines for Responsible Mineral Supply Chains》is aimed at providing specific operation method and detail for the social responsibility to guide Chinese foreign mining investment industry article 2.4.6, and further help mining and/or use of mineral resources and its related products.Furthermore, any enterprises involving in any link of the mineral supply chain have the ability to identify, prevent, and reduce risk, and also avoid any conflict directly or indirectly, serious human rights abuses or dereliction of duty.

《Practical Actions for Companies to Identify and Address The Worst Forms of Child Labor in Mineral Supply Chains》 is designed to be used by companies to identify, mitigate, and undertake the risk of child labour in the mineral supply chain. The document is developed based on 《OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas》.
